Tanaka Construction.  Ryan earned our respect and confidence early on in the process when we realized his level of expectation and attention to detail was much higher than even ours.  The lines of communication were always open and we could easily get in touch with him to answer our questions.  We met nearly all of the subcontractors and office staff and they all possess the same high level of professionalism and expertise that Ryan displayed.  We would use any of them again in a heartbeat.  You may have heard horror stories about other contractors but we can honestly say S.
